Central London · Project Management

Projects, planned, priced, programmed and managed without compromise.

SOS manages projects across residential and commercial settings in Central London and beyond, including work carried out in occupied, trading or high-specification premises. One team plans the programme, appoints and coordinates every trade, and is accountable for the result, so you're not managing a chain of separate appointments, or arbitrating between them when something slips.

One call. Every specialist.

What we mean by project management

Project management, at SOS, means one point of contact plans the programme, appoints every trade, and stands behind the result, the same team from first call to handover. It isn't a separate advisory layer sitting on top of someone else's contractors: the people managing your project are the same people accountable for it.

What happens when you call

01

One point of contact

Everything is agreed and handled through one point of contact, from first call to handover. No chasing separate trades for an update.

02

The programme is set

A programme is agreed before work starts, so you know what happens and when, rather than finding out as you go.

03

Trades are sequenced

Each trade is appointed and coordinated in the right order, in a way that respects the sensitivity of the premises, whether that's a family home or a business trading around the works.

04

Handover and snagging

The job isn't finished until you say it is. Any outstanding items are logged and closed off before sign-off.

Approvals and compliance

Where structural work, extensions, loft conversions or a change of use are involved, we work within the proper chain: structural engineer design, building control sign-off, and party wall agreements on domestic work where they apply. On larger commercial projects, this extends to CDM 2015 duties and the coordination they require.

We identify which of these apply during the design and quoting stage, so structural sign-off, building control and party wall matters are built into the programme from the outset. Where a project doesn't need any of them, we say so early, which keeps the process matched to the size of the job.

The standards we work to

Every trade we appoint holds the registration required for their trade.
